Fabricating
Plastic Component Molding (Milfoam) operates a state-of-the-art fabrication process, utilizing 3D SolidWorks® modeling and Mastercam® software with CNC milling and routing.  Our skilled technicians produce the precise components that complete complex assemblies to specification.

Finishing
Component Molding (Milfoam) is fully equipped for environmentally friendly parts preparation utilizing parts washers and sandblasting equipment. Our paint facility can handle parts up to nine feet in length.

Moldmaking
We build 80% of our plastic molds on site utilizing MasterCam software. Our tool room is equipped with CNC’s with capacity up to 30″ x 80″ as well as conventional milling and lathe equipment.

Other
Vacuum forming equipment with capacity range from 24″ x 36″ x 12″ draw, up to 40″ x 60″ x 24″ draw.

Fabrication equipment for secondary operations including bandsaws, routers, shapers and sanders.

Services

Component Molding (Milfoam) uses CAD/CAM capabilities, continuous quality monitoring and ongoing process improvement to assure high performance products at substantial savings. We apply our technology with a thorough understanding of our customers’ needs.

We are experienced in RIM processing as well as thermoforming plastic mold making, plastic fabrication and rigid foam molding.
